ETHOS Orientation Course

ETHOS is an online evaluation tool that will replace the paper evaluation system currently used at continuing education events at Sheppard Pratt.  Once an ETHOS account has been registered and verified, you will be ready to participate in Sheppard Pratt Health System's continuing education events on your choice of smartphone, tablet or computer.  You can search ETHOS for events by series, title or speaker.

Once you find an event you want to attend, you will select the presentation title link, then select the "TAKE COURSE" button on the right.  A course progress chart will appear on the left of the screen, select the arrow to the right of pretest and the pretest questions will appear.  You will answer the pretest questions by selecting the most likely answer.  Then select attendance to register for any event.

Once you sign-in at the event, the registrar will mark you attended and you will receive a follow up email to complete the post-test evaluation for that course.  You cannot complete the course if you do not attend and sign-in to the event.  Once you link back to the activity from the attendance email, you can complete the post test questions and complete the evaluation.  The certificate for that event will  immediately appear in your account and the event will be listed on your transcript.
