How do I create an account?

1. At the top of the website page, select REGISTER.

*TIP: We recommend using your email address as your username.

If you are Sheppard Pratt staff, affiliate or partner site, please use your @sheppardpratt employee email address to set up your account.

2. Complete the profile form for your account. **Note that your username is CASE-SENSITIVE

3. Click on the captcha and then click Create Account.

4. Use the one-time link provided in the email to login using your case sensitive username and email.

5. After clicking the one-time link, click the Log In button.

6. Set your password and click Save. **Note the requirements for your password.

7. You will see a confirmation message. You may now log in with your username and password.
