What do I do if it says mobile not on record, but the number is listed in my account?
There are two sections for phone numbers in your account area. The first is a general phone number. The second is under the separate Mobile Tab. The mobile tab is the only number area where you will be allowed to text the codeword for attendance. Here is how to verify the Mobile number is in my account.
Log in to your account. Under your account, click Edit> Mobile to make sure your number is correctly recognized as a mobile number.
You will receive a text from 410-291-8061 giving you a four-digit confirmation code. Enter that into the Confirmation Code box. Enter the code and click Confirm Number.
You will then have options to turn on Sleep Time or Opt-Out of messages (NOT RECOMMENDED if you are planning to use Text/SMS to send the codeword).
