What do I do if it says mobile not on record, but the number is listed in my account?

Log in to your account. Under your account, click Edit> Mobile to make sure your number is correctly recognized as a mobile number.

After you text the code to 410-291-8061 you will receive a text giving you a four-digit confirmation code. Enter that into the Confirmation Code box. Enter the code and click Confirm Number.

You will then have options to turn on Sleep Time or Opt-Out of messages (NOT RECOMMENDED if you are planning to use Text/SMS to send the code word).
