This workshop explores the role of allyship in clinical and organizational settings, offering practical strategies for mental health professionals to recognize, engage, and sustain allyship as an ethical responsibility. Participants will define allyship, examine barriers and opportunities, and learn actionable tools for advocacy that supports clients, colleagues, and communities.

This activity is intended for psychologists, social workers, counselors, and other mental health professionals.

Dr. Jessica Fraser, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist, speaker, and continuing education trainer specializing in ethics, cultural humility, and clinical supervision.
