Target Audience
This activity is intended for physicians, nurses, psychologists, social workers, counselors and other mental health professionals.
Learning Objectives
1. Identify the Neuroscience associated link between symptoms of mental illness and learning disabilities and particular strengths and abilities.
2. Address ongoing stigma associated with mental health issues and methods to diminish stigma.
3. Review Methods of Enhancing Ability to identify and encourage individual strengths as well as treat difficulties associated with symptoms of mental illness and learning disabilities.
